Image Resizer — Set Exact Pixel Dimensions in Your Browser

Resize PNG, JPEG, or WebP images to exact pixel dimensions, with an optional proportion lock, in your browser.

How to use it

Upload an image, choose its dimensions, and download the resized result.

Good to know

PNG, JPEG, and WebP inputs up to 20 MB. Images stay on your device. Animation is not preserved.

Resize a photo without stretching it

Choose a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image, then enter the target dimensions. With Keep proportions checked, changing one side updates the other from the source image’s ratio. For a 2400 × 1350 photo, entering a width of 1200 produces a height of 675, keeping its 16:9 shape.

Uncheck Keep proportions only when you deliberately want a stretched result. Resizing changes every pixel to fit the specified rectangle; it does not crop the picture or add missing detail. If your destination needs a different shape, crop it first or start with an image that has the required ratio.

Choose dimensions for where the image appears

For an image that displays at about 600 pixels wide, 1200 pixels can be a practical starting point for high-density screens. Check the downloaded preview at its intended size. Enlarging a small original can make it look soft, while oversized images may take longer to load.

File and output limits

The resizer accepts PNG, JPEG, and WebP files under 20 MB with no more than 40 million source pixels. Each output side must be 16,384 pixels or less and the output may not exceed 40 million pixels. The result uses the source format; browser canvas export may remove animation, metadata, and color profiles. Files are processed in your browser. Keep the original so you can make another size or crop later.
