The start day is excluded. Calculations use calendar dates in UTC, without daylight-saving shifts.
Measure calendar days between two dates
Choose a start and end date. From 2026-04-10 to 2026-04-25, the result is 15 days, or 2.142857 weeks. Reversing the two dates gives the same distance.
Know what is included
The tool subtracts the two midnight UTC calendar dates, so it excludes the start date. It is useful for deadlines, booking spans, and elapsed-date checks where a time of day does not matter.
This is not an inclusive day count and does not calculate business days, public holidays, recurring schedules, or an age. If you need a date before or after a known date, use the date offset calculator.
