How to use it
Press + (or the spacebar) to count up and − to count down. Reset starts again at zero.

Set the increment before counting
Enter a Step from 1 to 1,000,000, then use + and − to add or subtract that amount. When no text field is active, Space, Arrow Up, or + counts upward; Arrow Down or − counts downward. Reset returns the total to zero. The displayed number uses thousands separators for readability.
For example, set Step to 5 to record items in bundles of five. Use 1 for an ordinary individual tally.
Keep a separate record when needed
The count exists only in the current page session: reload, navigation, or closing the tab clears it. It does not store timestamps, labels, or an audit history. Key repeat handling differs by control: repeated Space is ignored, while repeated down-arrow events can continue to subtract, so use the buttons when you need deliberate single changes.
