Split a bill with a percentage tip
Enter the bill, tip percent, and number of people. A bill of 80 with an 18% tip split by 2 gives a 14.4 tip, a 94.4 total, and 47.2 per person.
Decide how to round the payment
The calculator divides the total equally with ordinary decimal arithmetic. For currency, decide whether to round each person’s share, round the total, or assign a small remainder to one person before paying.
It does not include tax, service charges, discounts, multiple payment methods, or unequal shares. Enter non-negative amounts and at least one person.
